FAQ
1.	Why do you sell at premium price? Our rubber thread has higher rubber content which will give better elasticity. The high rubber content will enhance its physical properties , lower its permanent set and higher yield from its lower density which shall benefit buyers
2.	How’s your quality comparable to other suppliers? We are committed to produce our product that meets the increasing demand for higher quality and a preferred choice. Our talcum threads are coated with lower talc which will reduce talc buildup thereby reduce threads breakages. For Silicone coated threads, our threads have excellent characteristics that give satisfaction to the users. The advantages are: * Very low paste/sludge buildup on the comb that will prevent threads breakages. * Consistence silicone oil coating gives better lubrication and minimizes batch to batch variations. * No caking or sticky threads inside packing carton box make it easy to feed to elastic machines during processing. * With higher productivity and efficiency higher yield can be achieved.
3.	Which certification body you are registered to? We were certified by *SIRIM International for ISO 9001 : 2000* as well certified by *Testex* from Switzerland for *Oeko-Tex standard 100 class II* for use of product for harmful substances and human use.
4.	How fast you can deliver you product to us? It will depend on the availability of the stock which can be obtained by contacting us directly, otherwise within 30 days from order confirmation.
5.	Do you have an agent locally? There are some commission agents appointed to handle in certain country which you may contact us directly for further details and information.
6.	What is your product made off? Our product mainly contains natural rubber latex and small percentage of chemicals which are compounded and blended.
7.	Is your product safe to be use in the garment industries? Our main customer bases are garment industries. Our product is certified safe for usage for garment industries or product that has direct contact with skin by Testex, Zurich, Switzerland.
8.	What is the minimum order quantity accepted? Depending on stock level, smaller amount is acceptable; otherwise a minimum of 3MT is required to produce fresh.
9.	Can I have it in my own brand name? Yes, however you need to provide us your carton box markings requirement and there are certain conditions required which shall be discuss and agreed.
10.	Are you complying to good manufacturing practice? Our working practice is compliant with *ISO 9001:2000 standard* and in order to improve our practice further, we have also adopted Japanese working culture of *5S’* to ensure our product are produce in clean environment, efficient method to minimize cost and continuously improve our way of manufacturing to exceed our customer satisfaction.
11.	What is the maximum loading quantity in a container (20 footer and 40 footer) ? Free stuffing for 20 footer is equivalent to 13,000 kgs approximately while 40 footers is equivalent to 25,000 kgs approximately for non-palletized. For palletized cargo shall be 12000kgs and 22000kgs respectively. The above weights are subjected to vary with different counts and plus minus 5% shall be applied.
12.	Are you complying to ASTM standard of Testing? ASTM Standards and other internationals standards of testing are used for quality control and quality assurance.
13.	Can I mix your product with other supplier product during elastics production? Different manufacturers will have difference product properties in meeting the customer requirements. The source of raw materials and formulation will determine the quality of finished product. It is also depend on the type of machine and capability to make adjustment. If you need to mix the raw materials from different suppliers, it is best to test its properties to ensure they can match each other otherwise you may face some problems in matching both product.

15.	Will you engage sales agency? All sales agents have to be pre-qualified for certain period of time before they can be appointed.
16.	Do you make door delivery? Yes we do, please provide your full address and other details to us to offer for door delivery.
17.	What if I buy less that a container? We also deal on loose container basis (LCL). However this will be different from full container price and the goods will depend on availability of the stock
18.	Can I collect the goods by my own? Yes, we also provide quotation on FOB basis.
19.	Can I request for some samples? Yes, please provide us the full details of your requirement such as count/color/ends as well as coating together with your mailing address and we shall dispatch to you as soon as possible.
20.	How do I make payment? We accept payment for the following terms: Irrevocable Letter of Credit at Sight, Document Against Payment, Telegraphic Transfer Before Shipment, Advance Down Payment and Balance before Shipment and Term letter of credit.
21.	What kind of industry that you sell to? At the moment our profile covers the following: medical, webbing, braiding, covering, cords and other industrial uses.
22.	Can I make a factory visit? Yes we always welcome our customer to visit our factory. Prior notice with sufficient time is required for your visit.
23.	What if there is a fault in the good purchased? Upon investigation, if the goods are found faulty from our end then we shall accept goods return or you shall be refunded.
