Dear Valued Customers/ Business Partners

In the competitive business environment today, various challenges are forthcoming and unpredictable. Our organization continuously explores ways to provide higher quality product and services which valued for money for our customer. In doing so we are continuously attempting for breakthrough methods in providing better solutions through partnership with our customer.

We take this opportunity to share our view with reflect to the increasing rubber price and other raw materials lately. As these effect acknowledged by the manufacturers, some are substituting rubber with large amount of fillers such as clay to streamline the cost of manufacturing. By doing so, the product qualities are compromised, detracted and causing inefficiency in the production of elastics too. Among other effect of this inferior product are:-

1. You are getting very much lower yield ie. less metres/kg due to high density of this type of rubber thread. To prove our claim, you can conduct an experiment by dropping a small piece of your rubber threads into a tall glass cylinder (250ml) of water to see which thread content more/less rubber. The thread that sink faster have higher density and usually these products are content more filler than the floating thread.

2. The threads usually break very often during the crocheting fabrication of elastics due to too much of non-rubber material (filler) in the rubber threads caused non homogeneous at various position and poor bonding of the material finished product which will lead to high down time.

3. The thread color fade (yellowish) faster than normal thread with high latex content.

4. In the case of powder less threads (silicone coated), you will notice a lot of 'paste' built up on the combs of the crochet machines due to the large quantity of fillers in the rubber threads bloomed out when the threads under tensioned that were scraped off from the rubber thread surface. As a result, you will experience irregular tension during the elastic fabrication. This also will increase wear and tear of machine which lead to higher downtime and increase maintenance cost.

5. Elastics product with this inferior materials have the tendency to elongate and aged faster. The finished product will have higher stiffness which caused discomfort ness using these elastic products. This was once experienced with Square Cut Threads produced from solid rubber.

We believe the above explanations will help you to capture a better understanding on which rubber thread to be chosen for your elastics fabrication and not misled by cheap product and cause the manufacturing cost increase instead of saving (caused by breakdown and lost of yield).

Therefore, we assure you our rubber threads will provide you the advantages exceeding you expectation and bring value for your money as experience by all our customers. Do contact us for more details.
